New Guide to NPQH

As a Lead Performance Coach for NPQH I can fully recommend the new guide that gives a clear and comprehensive overview of the qualification.

Best Practice Network (BPN) is a provider of professional development courses and training programs for education professionals. They offer a National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), which is a leadership development program for aspiring headteachers in the UK.

The NPQH is designed to provide participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead a school effectively. BPN delivers the NPQH program in partnership with a range of organisations, including Teaching Schools and Multi-Academy Trusts.

As part of the program, participants engage in a range of activities, including online learning, face-to-face training sessions, and self-directed study. They work collaboratively with other participants and receive support from experienced coaches and mentors.

BPN has a strong focus on practical application and the development of real-world leadership skills. Participants are encouraged to apply their learning to their own context and reflect on their practice to improve their leadership effectiveness.

BPN's NPQH program is designed to be flexible, accessible, and relevant to the needs of participants. It is based on the latest research and best practices in leadership development, and is continually updated to reflect changing trends and priorities in education.
